9/5, 9/12, 10/3, 10/17, 10/31, 11/7, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12 and student recital 12/15 at 3pm! Optional performance at the neighborhood Santapalooza event 12/8 (5:30pm)

In this class students will learn how to read notation and rhythms, strum chords, and play dozens of songs on the ukulele. Singing along is optional, however in Sarah's decades of teaching experience, it is inevitable! As a choral and musical theater director, vocal coach and music theory and piano instructor for over twenty years, Sarah gently encourages students to develop confidence in their musical ability. Be prepared to have fun and make friends while becoming a better musician. 

Students are expected to bring their own ukuleles to class each week (reach out to Sarah at sarahbonsignore@gmail.com for affordable recommendations). She might also have one or two instruments to loan short term.

Sarah Bonsignore is a South African born American musician, teacher, composer and producer with numerous awards in performance and songwriting, and over 50 TV and film placements. Holding two degrees in music and having over 20 years of classroom teaching experience, Sarah works to inspire her students to explore their innate talent and musicality!
